At the heart of therapeutic art is the beautiful knowing that we are artists of life. We may not need a canvas, brushes, paints, or other tools. We have our hearts, minds, bodies, spirits and other parts. Our artsy life expresses itself by means of all these “tools” which are the brushes and the whole universe is the canvas on which we paint our life for years. This painting is called “Herstory | History”.
